The homeowner of this 16 year old Santa Fe home needed new windows and an entry door to accommodate the New Mexico heat.

The home originally had a single entry door with sidelights on each side. The homeowner wanted to remove the sidelights and upgrade to a double entry door. We added a custom exterior trim to accommodate the large opening.

Small awning windows were added in the garage for ventilation purposes. This helps the garage from getting too hot in the desert heat. Additionally, the customer upgraded a window in the master bedroom to help with climate control as well.
