They enjoy taking advantage of the weather in the valley with true indoor/outdoor living and designed their home around the entertaining spaces. The great room features a large 90-degree multi-slide door. It seamlessly connects the 18-foot ceilings in the great room with the 24-foot ceilings on the patio.

Pass Through Window and Door Maximizes Entertaining

Black Shower Windows Elevate Modern Design

In the primary bathroom for the home, black windows are the perfect focal point for the room. Their color is a stark contrast to the lightly colored walls, décor and tiling, drawing the eye immediately to them. The windows feature modern Integral Light Technology™ grilles that deliver the authentic look of true-divided-light grilles without sacrificing energy efficiency. The custom grille pattern provides a cohesive look throughout the entire home.

The large bathroom windows flank the tiled shower and elegant freestanding tub. Popular in bathrooms, many shower windows feature frosted glass to maintain privacy while filling the room with natural light. Adding windows to this bathroom makes the already impressive space feel larger and more peaceful. In this room and others not pictured, the homeowners also enjoy wood windows with innovative Rolscreen® retractable screens for a clean and polished look. The screen appears when the window is opened and rolls out of sight when closed.
