POSTED ON July 25, 2022 in Arizona Projects Project Scope Type: Home/Residence Industry: Retail Location: Mesa, AZ Age of Structure: 25 Years Old Area of Structure Involved: Living room Window Materials Used: Aluminum-clad wood This casement window replacement project in Mesa, Arizona was completed for homeowners seeking a more energy-efficient and finished look for their living room. The original windows and doors were builder grade. This included less efficient double pane aluminum window frames. The challenge in replacing the windows on this 25-year-old home was determining how each of the window units should be split up. This included making decisions about which were to be fixed or operable, and which required more glass areas. On completion of the build, all parties were deeply satisfied with the new look and enhanced performance of the selected casement windows.
