Alison is originally from Norman and is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a master’s degree in organizational dynamics. After working for several years in Human Resources, she landed her dream job with Pella of Oklahoma in 2022 and has enjoyed the opportunities and challenges of creating a Human Resources department. In her free time, Alison likes to bake cakes, practice yoga, and spend time with her two cats.
