Bo joined the Pella of Oklahoma team as a Sales Manager over the Replacement Sales segment in OKC. An Oklahoman by choice, he is originally from Kilgore, Texas and moved to Oklahoma in 2001. Broadwater is a graduate of Oklahoma State University (but somehow manages to root for the Sooners). He is also a former Warr Acres City Councilman. He has been in the window industry since 2014 and has numerous years of experience in both sales and management. Outside of work, he is married to Natalie and together they have three children. Broadwater is an avid golfer and enjoys collecting writing pens and coins.
