Bret graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1983 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He worked for 16 years in the window and door industry before joining the Pella team in 1999. He has served in various roles over the years and is currently a Trade Sales Consultant. Bret and his wife reside in a small rural community south of the Tulsa and have three children and four grandchildren. The family enjoys life on the farm, occasional visits to Lake Eufaula, and serving in their local church.
