Cassidy started with Pella in 2022. I bring with me 8 years of cross-industry Human Resource experience, including consulting, start-up firms, and mergers and acquisitions. It is my goal to build strong relationships within my teams. I’m an avid kayaker and hiker, who enjoys spending time outside.
