Christa has been with Pella since May 2015. She started out as a human resources business partner for Detroit and then progressed into her role of HR Manager, overseeing the Detroit and Florida sales branches. In her current role, she leads the HR team for the East Coast Pella Sales Subsidiaries. 

Christa has over 17 years of diversified HR experience. Her skills and competencies span HR policy administration, talent and performance management, employee relations, corporate benefits, training, employee development, coaching and sales compensation planning. She is passionate about partnering with the local branch leadership by leading courageously, expanding thinking, promoting accountability and leaning into tough conversations.
