Cole joined the Pella team in May of 2021 as Inside Sales Support for the Retail segment. McCord has an extensive background in providing custom solutions for new and returning customers, which made his transition to Trade Sales Consultant and easy leap. In his free time Cole loves to fly-fish, camp, woodwork and generally enjoys all outdoor activities. He and his wife, Katie have been married since 2004 and have a daughter, Crosby.
