Ed Yates is the CFO for Pella Carolina Inc. He has over 15 years of finance, accounting and business management experience with companies of all sizes. One of his greatest passions in business and life is continuous improvement. Ed lives in the Greensboro area with his wife, son and daughter and enjoys backpacking, running and playing music.
