Heather has a passion for HR, values people and is proud to be with a like-minded company and team. In the beginning of her career she was an Executive Assistant and then started her HR career in 2011. Heather joined the Pella team in 2018 and is excited to help grow the Florida market. She is an Orlando native and lives downtown with her husband and their dog. They enjoy spending time with their friends and family.
