Jeff Dim is the Retail Replacement Segment Manager of Gunton Corporation, the largest distributor of Pella Windows & Doors in the country. He has over 12 years of industry experience in the window replacement market. Jeff leads of team of over 20 replacement sales representatives in the Ohio territory. His greatest strengths include delivering on the customer commitments and experience, empathy, drive and leadership. Jeff lives in the Cleveland area with his wife and two adult children.
