Hello, my name is Justin Pickett. I started with Pella in January of 2019 as Field Manager for the canvass team. My specialties include canvass, training, recruiting, and administrative duties. I've lived in the Dallas area for ten years and spent that time learning the market. We are currently building a canvass team and growth is always an exciting thing! My hobbies include a substantial music collection and audio gear as well as spending time with my son, Xander.
