Richard joined Pella in 2019. He started his career in the construction industry as a residential electrical HVAC installer. He moved into MRO sales where he covered the Northern third of Indiana until joining the Pella family. His favorite project was the Downtown LaPorte building renovations, where they updated older buildings with monumental hung windows.
Richard serves Northwest Indiana, Porter, LaPorte, Newton, Jasper, Pulaski, and Starke counties.
