After achieving an Agricultural degree from N C State University Richard joined a Virginia Ag Co-op group in customer relations. He later returned to North Carolina, married and had a son which he raised on the Outer Banks. Richard has over 30 successful years working for Pella Window and Door in coastal North Carolina communities. He's still just as excited helping a family rebuild their existing home or addition as he is being part of multi-million-dollar dream homes.
