Tom has been a Pella replacement representative since March 2016. While in college at UNCW he gained experience in construction framing houses as a side job. Tom grew up in Charlotte, NC and has lived in the Wilmington area over 20 years. He has thorough knowledge of Pella products and requirements to install windows and doors in a coastal region prone to receiving hurricane winds. Tom is married with 3 children and has 2 hound dogs. His favorite hobby is kayaking in the local rivers, creeks, swamps and ocean. Tom is known to offer top tier customer service to every customer he works with on jobs large and small.
