Each quarter of 2023, one (1) winner will be selected to win an amazing 3-day, 2-night weekend getaway to Carlton Landing.* And, entry is easy! All you have to do is either schedule an appointment with us or give us a referral. Scheduling an appointment with us counts as one (1) entry for a chance to win, while referring a friend to us counts as three (3) entries.
Giveaway winners will stay in Pella on Pistache, a beautiful, Dutch-inspired home being built on Pistache Park in Carlton Landing. It comfortably sleeps 12 people, offers breathtaking views of the lake from the third-floor deck and is outfitted with plenty of indoor and outdoor entertaining areas.

*Winner(s) will be chosen at random, once per quarter in 2023. The winner must select a weekend (excluding holidays) that is mutually agreed upon within 1 month of the award and must travel to Carlton Landing within 5 months of booking the weekend. No cash equivalent given if winner chooses not to attend. Additional deposit required for use of the Moke. Winner must be 21 years of age or older and must attend the agreed upon weekend. Winnings are nontransferable. Maximum number of people who can attend is twelve (12).
