What is your favorite part about working for Pella?

Honestly? Everything. Throughout the years, I’ve seen many businesses and the way they operate in this industry. Due to our size, we can handle everything that comes our way. We have the sales professionals, showrooms, operations team, and customer service representatives other companies wish they had!

If a customer asked you to describe Pella products in one word, what would you say?

Comprehensive. We manufacture three lines of vinyl windows and doors, one line of fiberglass windows and doors, three lines of wood windows and doors, and entry doors. My six months with Pella have shown me we are the most comprehensive brand in the market by far!

Who is Len on the weekends?

A family man, no doubt. My wife and I will soon be married 13 years and our two boys, Jack and Grant, keep us very busy when I’m not at work.

Jack, our oldest who’s nine years old, loves baseball and is a terrific second baseman. We support his traveling team throughout the year – except in winter of course. Our youngest, Grant who’s five, is the bat boy for the team.

When we’re not shuttling the boys around for baseball, we try to spend as much time as we can at our cabin in Phillips, Wis. Both our boys love the outdoors so while up north we enjoy pontoon rides around the lake, campfires, working on food plots, building tree stands, and coming up shortly, hunting!

Each month, People of Pella aims to give a behind-the-scenes look at the employees who are a crucial part in the continued success of Pella Windows and Doors of Wisconsin.
