POSTED ON July 25, 2017 in Pella Windows & Doors of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana Project Scope Type: Home/Residence Industry: Retail Location: Lindenhurst, IL Age of Structure: 1974 Area of Structure Involved: Front Entry Door Materials Used: FiberglassBeforeAfterWe replaced the windows, patio door, and entry door in this 1974 Lindenhurst, IL home. The customer had original single pane wood windows that were very drafty and the sashes shook in the frames. The old entry door had a large crack in it. They were looking for a new entry door with a black exterior and white interior and very little maintenance.Couldn't have imagined how much of a difference the door would make for the overall appearance of our house!— Betsey, CustomerAll existing windows and doors were pulled, frames and all, and replaced with new units, interior and exterior trims. The customer was thrilled with how great everything looked after the installation. They were very happy with the installers and how well the windows operated. They were amazed by how easy it was to open and close them. The homeowners also noticed a reduction in noise since they have a busy road behind their house. The biggest difference for them was the front door though. They were so surprised and delighted by the updated aesthetics!
