Cleveland April Trend of the Month

Our sales team sees some of the best and newest trends when they’re out spending time with their customers and helping them to replace their windows and doors. Our team is all around our city each and every day both seeing and installing some of the newest, most modern trends. When it comes to modernizing and updating your home, you couldn’t take advice from a better source! Luckily we’re curating the trends we’ve noticed around Cleveland just for you every single month. April’s trend of the month is perfect for spring: replacing to open up your space.
Opening up your space is the equivalent of airing out your home for spring. There are both small and big ways to do this. Some of the smaller ways you can start doing this now are decluttering your home, adding a pop of color to your home, or adding in a mirror or a few as a part of your décor. Some of the bigger ways to open up your home are replacing an old door to let more light into your entryway, replacing windows with new ones for better visibility, and even adding small style changes, such as updating your windows with different sets or styles of grilles.
We had quite a few homeowners in April looking to open up their spaces by replacing their windows. For this Westlake, Ohio, project, the homeowner was looking to open up their living room and our sales team was able to give them exactly what they had imagined.
This homeowner had a similar problem. The wide spaces on their bow window obstructed the light let into their home as well as their view. This combination can really close off your space. By installing a new bow window we opened up the space on the inside of the home and upgraded the outer aesthetic of the home as well.
The homeowner of this beautiful brick home opened up their space in a much subtler way by choosing to replace with windows that added glass space in each individual window. Coupled with the beautiful warm wood color of our Architect Series double-hung windows, this subtly opened up the space for the homeowners.
Whether in big or small ways, opening up your space for spring and summer can bring a breath of fresh air into your home. If you’re looking to do this in big ways, book an appointment to discuss further with us here.
