Pella Windows & Doors of Colorado is an independent business that sells and distributes products manufactured by Pella Corporation to a variety of customers (e.g. homeowners, builders and general contractors). We have four locations throughout the state of Colorado and are one of the top Pella distributors in the United States. We have had the same owner and operator for the last 25 years.

Project Manager, In-Home Replacement

Once an in-home replacement sales rep has closed a deal with a customer, the Project Manager becomes the project owner through fulfillment and completion. Project Managers organize work, select vendors, schedule and budget their jobs, as well as oversee their execution and ultimately ensure customer satisfaction. They are the main point of contact for customers throughout the project and must keep them informed and comfortable throughout. A successful Project Manager works collaboratively, communicates effectively, drives consensus and balances the ultimate user experience with business goals to make difficult calls on the spot.

Field Support

On some B2B sales, we are not contracted to provide installation services on a project for which we supply the product. In this case, we don’t assign a dedicated project manager. However, requests do frequently arise from our customers. The scope ranges from on-site delivery logistics to questions about installation methods, troubleshooting issues and sometimes performing repairs on the product. These by-demand services are handled by our Field Support team.

Customer Service Coordinator

Windows and doors occasionally require repairs, adjustments or replacements of parts to maintain optimal function. These activities are completed by specialized Service Technicians, at the direction of our Customer Service Coordinators.

Customers will contact you via phone, email or occasionally walk-in and it will be your duty to understand what problem they are experiencing and how to fix it, then generate a quote for the necessary parts and labor and get them scheduled. You’ll need high level of technical skill, with the proven ability to learn new products and effectively use research tools and resources, along with providing our customers with a world-class experience.

Marketing Manager

Our marketing responsibilities are shared between a corporate Agency of Record and in-house marketing efforts that include media (mail, radio, news, etc.) and local events (home shows, fairs, etc.). The coordination of all these efforts, creative content and results are under the direction of the Marketing Manager.

You'll need a creative spirit and possess a marketing mindset with advanced knowledge in managing social media platforms, in addition to a proven ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors and customers.

Business to Business (B2B) Sales Manager

We sell to businesses in the building and remodeling sector for residential and commercial purposes, through a dedicated sales force. The Sales Manager is responsible and accountable for managing this team of Sales Reps. The right person will be a strategic leader who will perpetuate growth, team success and development. This role will seek to maintain Pella’s existing B2B partnerships, as well as expand our network in driving revenue.

Contractor Sales Representative (B2B)

Contractor Sales Representatives are in the field and responsible for generating sales from contractors, builders, remodelers and the like. They cover the full sales cycle, from prospecting for leads to closing the deal. They win when customers can count on them to be responsive, accurate and provide expertise in window and door selection, construction and manufacturing.

Are you someone who has a passion for generating account growth with planned quality meetings, as well as prospecting to develop new business? Someone with proven success in building long lasting relationships with builders, contractors, architects and trade organizations using a consultative sales approach? In-home replacement sales representatives travel to customers homes to present our product and services through a standardized sales process. They provide a consultation in design and product selection to determine the right fit to meet the homeowner’s needs. Then measure their existing windows and doors and provide a quote on the spot. He or she will maintain both a sales and operational success focus, being driven by a high-level of customer service and satisfaction, along with building relationships to further your sales with a drive to be the best sales representative in the industry.

When existing windows and doors are damaged, our expert team of Restoration Sales Representatives scope the impact and generate solutions to repair or replace the product. We are experts in the insurance process and assist homeowners with their claim if the damage was of coverable origin and timing. Restoration sales representatives are responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closing the deal.
