Occasionally, we get asked the question of what exactly is a PDSN and why would we buy from one?
The first part of this question is rather easy — PDSN is the abbreviation for “Pella Direct Sales Network." A PDSN operates similarly to the process of buying a new car at a dealership. If you want a new Ford truck you go directly to a dealership that sells Ford trucks — you would never go to a Honda dealership and ask to buy a new Ford truck. Honda dealerships sell Hondas and are experts in their products, not Fords. The same is true in the window and door world with respect to the PDSN. The PDSN only sells and services products that Pella manufactures in fact they are the exclusive source for all Pella products and services.
