The Pi Beta Phi house at the University of Kansas needed to have windows that would increase efficiency and decrease sound transmission.

We had to replace all the windows within a very tight timeline. No work can be done while the women are living at the house, so we had to be precise with delivery and installations.

We installed new picture and casement windows throughout the house all with traditional grille patterns to match the existing look of the home.

The sorority sisters are able to enjoy their rooms with better temperature control and largely reduced road noise.

"Brook from Pella and the PDQ Construction crew did an amazing job getting the windows replaced in our building. They worked extremely fast within our strict timelines. They explained what they were going to do each step of the way, which helped us feel more confident in making this large financial investment in our building. Besides the windows looking great, the sorority sisters have commented that the rooms are much more comfortable and quiet. We are so thankful to have chosen Pella and PDQ for our window replacement. They were able to take away the stress of such a decision and we know they will stand by their products/installation."
