Outside (In-Home) Sales Representative

Position Specifications:

Pella’s Outside (In-Home) Sales Representative conducts 300+ PRESET and PREQUALIFIED company generated appointments and sells all of the Pella replacement window and door product lines directly to homeowners via in-home sales consultations
Pella’s Sales Representatives follow a structured in-home sales presentation using a consultative sales approach.

This is a W-2 position. Our $40,000 base salary transitions to a draw vs. an aggressive commission plan following training and ramp-up. In addition to commission, we have monthly and quarterly bonuses. Pella offers an outstanding benefits package including medical, dental, 401k, company cell phone, laptop, and vehicle allowance. Successful Pella Sales Representatives earn $100,000+ annually.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Ideal candidates are motivated, driven, and high energy
• We’re on the hunt for a seasoned (2-5 year+ experience) Sales Representative who is familiar with a structured, one-call-close, consultative sales process.
• Experience selling windows and doors is a plus, but not a must-have.
• Ideal candidates have experience selling to homeowners or directly to customers using a structured sales presentation.
