Project Scope

  • Type: Home/Residence
  • Industry: Retail
  • Location: Charlotte, NC
  • Age of Structure: 1979
  • Area of Structure Involved: Entire Home Window
  • Window Materials Used: Wood

This Charlotte-area homeowner was looking for replacement energy-efficient windows. They were looking to improve and change the appearance of their curb appeal. The home's older windows were leaking and had trouble opening and closing. Before, you can see the windows blended into this traditional home with tan exterior framing.

Our team of Pella professionals updated the older windows with specialty shaped wood windows and double-hung windows with black trim. Black framed windows are increasingly popular in Charlotte, and they really helped to improve the curb appeal of this beautiful brick home. The entire project was customized from start to finish to fit these homeowner's needs.
