The facility's leadership wanted windows and doors with increased energy-efficiency and functionality for their residents. Thus, they selected sliding patio doors — because most resident apartments have a small patio area — as well as fiberglass casement windows from Pella's Impervia line for sustained energy efficiency and durability amid Oklahoma's most severe weather and elements. The final results are stunning, with the dark finish on the windows and patio doors giving the facility a contemporary flare and contrasting beautifully with the brick exterior.
