The builder bought this house in a very desirable Oklahoma City neighborhood with the intention of flipping it. They knew they wanted the house to be white so they selected black, modern wood windows to achieve that look and feel. They also knew they wanted the whole back of the house to be open and selected two sets of four-panel sliding patio doors to open into the backyard for entertaining.
Other than some long lead times on the wood products, this project went very smoothly and didn't experience many challenges.
The finished home is almost unrecognizable from the original. The builder was thrilled with the end result. It is so bright and open with some much-needed natural light added throughout.
