Pella of Oklahoma Gets First Female Owner In Company History
Posted by Andy Crum on November 05, 2021 in Pella Windows & Doors of Oklahoma
We are proud to share that Pella of Oklahoma has a new part-owner: current CFO Ainslee Crum! Our CEO, Andy Crum, purchased the Oklahoma City and Tulsa branches in 2017.
In a predominately male-run industry, Ainslee is the first female owner in the history of Pella of Oklahoma. She is also the first female owner in the Pella Distribution Sales Network (PDSN), which encompasses 82 branches across North America.
“Each branch is privately-owned and for the first time in 96 years, a female is minority owner,” Andy said. “Ainslee has been, and will continue to be, an integral asset within our organization and we are so proud of this accomplishment.”
Ainslee is no stranger to the organization. Her family founded a Pella distributorship in 1922 and it's stayed in the family for four generations. Next year it'll celebrate its 100th anniversary.
“Our goal is to continue providing a product with exceptional quality and superior customer service," Ainslee said. "We believe in giving back and being a part of our community. The core of our philosophy as a company is service above self."
