With easy access to I-35 and the Turner Turnpike, the Falls is one of Edmond, Oklahoma’s most coveted neighborhoods. Award-winning schools and wood acre lots with stunning lake views make it easy to see why. We worked closely with McCaleb Homes on this beautiful new construction home to ensure the farmhouse windows and doors complemented its overall design and functionality.

Black Wood Windows Deliver Long-Lasting Beauty

To maximize the function and style of the home, black windows in both casement and picture styles adorn the home’s exterior. Modern, horizontal grilles further the farmhouse style. The casement windows are hinged at the side and open wide with the turn of a crank. This allows the homeowners to capture a refreshing breeze throughout the home. Picture windows, flanking the front door, are extremely energy efficient and allow in a copious amount of light.

The black Pella Lifestyle Series windows feature a durable aluminum-clad exterior which protects the window from the elements. It resists rot and corrosion, making it easy to maintain for years of enduring beauty. Additionally, the color pops against the white trim and blue siding of the modern farmhouse. The interior is painted white, as seen in the bathroom windows above, to allow ultimate design flexibility for the homeowners.

Wood Doors and Windows Withstand Oklahoma Climate

This new construction home is an entertainer’s dream. Adjacent to the eat-in kitchen and the living room is an expansive multi-slide patio door and a sliding patio door. The stacking Pella Reserve wood multi-slide patio door eliminates the wall between the living room and the covered patio. This allows parties to flow seamlessly between the two spaces and connects the home to the outdoors. Featuring matte black hardware for a contemporary look, the stylish French doors, sliding patio doors and the multi-slide patio door create a cohesive look throughout the home.

The large multi-slide door also features a flush sill, meaning there is no raised threshold between the home’s interior and the patio floor. This reduces the tripping hazard and delivers the ultimate modern aesthetic. With sleek lines, expansive glass and rustic style, this Edmond, Oklahoma farmhouse is primed for entertainment.
