Wheeler Neighborhood is situated within Wheeler District, a 150-acre urban development on the south bank of the Oklahoma River. This unique site includes the former Downtown Airpark, which operated from the 1940s until 2005. The community is walkable and bikeable and has a school and brewery, as well as various retail and office spaces.

Wheeler District is directly adjacent to downtown Oklahoma City. It features distinctive cottage-style, multi-level homes. The addition of Pella wood windows and doors to these homes enhances the cottage feel while adding a touch of modernity. They also come with the added bonus of energy efficiency.
