It was time to replace the old wood windows on this home in Crete, NE. The homeowners of this 1968 home wanted to add a bay window where his wood picture window was before. He wanted a 20 inch seat board for his new wood bay window and that's what he got! The new wood bay window lets in more light, has better ventilation with the two double-hung window flankers, and adds architectural interest to the home's exterior.
