Scott and Cathy recently purchased a home in need of some updating. Deciding to begin the remodel with the front entry door, they contacted Pella to schedule a consultation session through the website. The very next day, Retail Sales/Project Manager, Debbie Ruhlman, called to set up an appointment in their home.

"She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We never felt rushed or pushed in our decision making. The installers were prompt and friendly upon arrival."

Pella removed the old door and casement and began the installation. When the entry door was completed, every detail of the entire process was reviewed ensuring the satisfaction guarantee and follow up visit, if necessary. Later in the day, Debbie returned to make sure the project met  expectations.
