Forte Condominiums is a new building providing sophisticated living in Pittsburgh's iconic Strip District. We worked with Indovina Associates Architects and Franjo Construction to help bring their design vision to life: a condo with classic style and a contemporary flair. Forte has a limited collection of fifty residences, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom options, each with private balconies.

The building features our Impervia fiberglass direct-set windows, casement windows, and sliding patio doors.  All of these items create a modern look by providing lots of glass space. Each balcony is complete with our sleek, black sliding patio doors, which are great for saving space and providing plenty of natural light. Our windows were a key factor in ensuring that Forte had a classic style with modern comfort. The windows and doors aid in bringing in lots of natural light to make the condos feel even larger. The casement windows are easy to use and let plenty of fresh air into the condos while the sliding patio doors provide easy access to the balconies for residents to enjoy.

Some interesting features of this condominium are the frame extensions and the large floor-to-ceiling direct sets that create a contemporary feel. The fiberglass material chosen is great for this building as it adds to the modern look while also being extremely durable. Fiberglass can withstand the demands of a commercial building and handle the wear and tear that comes with a large living space that houses many people. The black finish on the windows and doors matches the style of the building beautifully and adds nice contrast against the building's white siding, dark bricks, and wood balcony area. Overall, we are happy that our Pittsburgh Commercial team could be the window experts for this stunning condominium.
