White French patio doors with traditional grille pattern

Hinged French patio doors with a Prairie grille pattern and red finish

The homeowners of this State College, Pennsylvania, home wanted a way to bring more light into their dining area through the adjoining patio doors. They felt the old doors didn't maximize the natural light coming in from their deck.

The homeowners also wanted to add a pop of color to the outside of their home. We had to find a color that was bright and would provide that 'pop' but also still coordinate with the overall aesthetic of their home.

The solution was new French doors with a prairie-style grille pattern in a cheerful red finish. The beautiful new patio doors let in more light which really brightens the homeowners' dining room. The homeowners are also incredibly happy with the pop of color their new door provides.
