In this 1987 Sammamish, WA home we replaced the original wood windows with white, fiberglass windows with new brick mould and grilles-between-the-glass.

The owners of this spacious 1987 home replaced their original wood windows with new fiberglass windows, which not only made the home look years younger but also provided much-needed airflow throughout the home. With Nathan Kelly's guidance, the homeowners chose a combination of casement, fixed, and sliding windows for their home, which happen to be some of the most popular windows on the market. They also chose to have grilles-between-the-glass of their windows and to frame the exterior with new brick mould and sills. The owners also had us convert an original curved-top window into a rectangular window. Replacing the original wood windows with new fiberglass windows gave the home a more contemporary look, a marked increase in its energy efficiency, and an increase in the home's overall value.
