These West Seattle homeowners wanted to open up their space more and have additional ventilation. 

We replaced a wall of windows with new wood awning windows and wood bifold patio doors. It took us time to level the rough opening, but the end result is a clean, contemporary look.

The new windows and door open up the room and maximize the view.
