Can't Wait Until Spring!

Nathan Kelly's customers had this to say after their project was finished: “We are very pleased with the new windows. Just had the new blinds installed a week or so back now. Looks great. Can't wait till spring / summer and we can start opening them.”

In this 1987 Sammamish, WA home we replaced the original wood windows with white, fiberglass windows with new brick mould and grilles-between-the-glass.

The owners of this spacious 1987 home replaced their original wood windows with new fiberglass windows, which not only made the home look years younger, but also provided much needed air flow throughout the home. With Nathan Kelly's guidance, the homeowners chose a combination of casement, fixed, and sliding windows for their home, which happen to be some of the most popular windows on the market. They also chose to have grilles-between-the-glass of their windows, and to frame the exterior with new brick mould and sills. The owners also had us convert an original curved-top window into a rectangular window. Replacing the original wood windows with new fiberglass windows gave the home a more contemporary look, a marked increase in its energy efficiency, and an increase in the home's overall value.
