This position is responsible for giving in-home presentations to potential customers who have inquired about our product and scheduled an appointment for more information The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively and close the sale while providing extraordinary customer service throughout the entire sales process.
Successful candidates must be willing to travel throughout Vermont, be detailed oriented, organized and have the ability to close the sale in order to meet individual sales goals. Candidates must also have above average math and computer skills including MS Office products. An outgoing personality and strong motivational drive are essential for this position. Prior sales experience is required. Construction knowledge is a plus, but not required.
We offer employees a competitive compensation plan and benefits package along with an opportunity to work with a growing and dynamic sales team. Compensation potential is $55,000 - $90,000 per year (weekly salary plus commission). Allowances are also available for mileage and cell phone expenses.
