Scott Bailey

Scott began his career with Pella in 1991 as a Finance Manager. Over the past three decades, he has held various finance roles in Pella manufacturing, marketing & sales, and distribution. Scott's current role as CFO includes oversight of HR, Finance, Accounting, and Administration.
